Explore self-love in a creative process whilst we invite you to an inner journey where art and therapy meet together for a process of self-discovery.
In this workshop we will give a short introduction to Emotional Freedom technique (tapping) and Mandalas of Light, (artwork) to explore the theme of self-love and how we can connect to our authentic self.
These techniques will help explore and free ourselves from the limiting beliefs and barriers to truly loving ourselves. Therefore, in a gentle and relaxing atmosphere, you can learn and take home with you tools you can practice later when you need them as a part of selfcare toolkit.
This workshop is suitable for adults and older children (8+) who would like to learn to be more loving and compassionate towards themselves.
Gianina Dragomir is a Mandalas of Light facilitator who found this technique in her process of self-discovery. ‘’I love colours and I found that using them they have a good influence on mine and on others balancing mood and feelings of relaxation.’’
Lisa Flowers is an EFT practitioner who is passionate about sharing this highly effective simple tool for people to experience relaxation and more. ‘’I truly believe in the magic of EFT as it has made such a difference to my life and to the lives of others’’.
