All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a flat rate shipping to the UK which is listed on each product page. We use Royal Mail delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an order number. You can use it to check its status by email marie@therapeutic-arts.co.uk.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at marie@therapeutic-arts.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
